By his extensive knowledge of the Los Angeles, Orange County and Inland Empire Markets, Mr. Trotter has been named as the Vice President and director for these regions. He has been involved in over 200 sale and lease transactions totaling more than 10 million square feet of office and industrial space.

Mr. Trotter has averaged more than 25 transactions per year for the last 5 years, ranging from 1,000 square foot office leases to 250,000 square foot logistic centers. His focus is on Tenant representation enhancing transactions with his ability to provide his clients’ with the services needed while ensuring that they find the right location under the best terms which meet their needs.
