The Wilshire Corridor includes four submarkets east of LA’s Westside that follow along Wilshire Boulevard as it leads into Downtown Los Angeles. The corridor is an important and affluent commercial sector that links a number of business districts with Mid-Wilshire and Miracle Mile the two largest within this area. The region also features a number of museums, parks and tourist attractions.

There are a number of high rises right along Wilshire and the area’s large population is especially evident in Koreatown which features 42k residents per square mile.
