The Tri-Cities area includes Burbank, Glendale and Pasadena and features some of the most important commercial real estate markets in Los Angeles County. Burbank features the second largest office market in the San Fernando Valley and the market overall features more than 25 million square feet of space mainly leased by entertainment and production companies and is considered the heart of the industry given the number of companies that call it home as well as an estimated 69,000 employees.

Glendale is the 3rd largest city in Los Angeles County and is home to a number headquarters and satellite offices for multi-national corporations. The city is home to Dreamworks Animation and also a 1200 employee office for Nestle.

Pasadena is known for being the home of the Rose Bowl but is also a hotbed for science and technology with CalTech and JPL calling Pasadena home. The city’s office tenants include top banks, healthcare and telecom with AT&T, Kaiser Permanente, Bank of America and OneWest Bank having large operations centers in the city.
